Print-on-Demand (POD) is a production model where items are custom-made only after a customer places an order. Unlike traditional retail, we do not hold inventory or produce items in advance. Each product is individually printed, stitched, or assembled based on the buyer’s selected size, design, or personalization preferences. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a broader range of designs — but also limits return eligibility for non-defective items.

Yes! Every BebeAloha shirt is custom printed after you place your order. We don’t keep stock, which helps reduce waste and ensure each piece is freshly made for you.

Production takes 3–5 business days, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 9–15 business days. We’ll send tracking info as soon as your shirt ships.

We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping at $4.95. Orders over $200 ship free!

Our products are fulfilled by trusted partners like Printify, Printful, and Cat Kiss Fish, with shipments sent from facilities in the U.S, China.

Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including APO/FPO and U.S. territories.

Since our shirts are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for sizing errors. However, we provide a detailed size chart—please double-check before ordering!

You can cancel your order within 4 hours on weekdays (or 12 hours on weekends). After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order info, and we’ll take care of it.
