BebeAloha™ is a Hawaiʻi-based apparel and lifestyle studio founded in 2022 by Madison Lee Carter—a third-generation American designer who grew up stitching quilts with her grandmother in Iowa and fell in love with island culture while studying textile science at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.

Every graphic is created in-house or under exclusive licence; we never scrape or reuse third-party art.
3. How We Design & Produce
- Original artwork – Madison leads a three-person design team that sketches each motif, then converts it to high-resolution vector files for consistent colour across fabrics and substrates.
- Ethical blanks & materials – We source blank garments from WRAP-certified mills in the U.S., Mexico, and Vietnam. All cotton is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100; polyesters are recycled where possible.
- On-demand printing – Partner facilities in California, Texas, and North Carolina use water-based, CPSIA-compliant inks. Printing happens only after you order, avoiding over-production and landfill waste.
- Quality control – Each item passes a 5-point inspection (print clarity, seam strength, measurements, labeling, packaging) before it leaves the floor. Defects under 0.5 % trigger a reprint, not a shipment.
