Welcome to BebeAloha. This page outlines how we handle billing, payments, taxes, and refunds for your made-to-order Hawaiian shirt orders shipped within the United States.
1. Payment Overview
All transactions on BebeAloha are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD $). Your final bill at checkout includes:
a. Product Price
The price of each item is listed clearly on its product page. This price covers only the product itself and does not include shipping or applicable taxes.
b. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.95 for all U.S. orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more details. Final shipping fees are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
c. Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States, calculated based on the shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws.
- The tax amount will appear at checkout.
- BebeAloha LLC is registered in Hawaii, and tax is collected as required by law.

- We do not offer subscriptions, installment billing, or split payments.
- Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an email confirmation with full order details.
4. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your order within 4 hours on weekdays or 12 hours on weekends, free of charge.
- After that window, your order will begin production and may not be cancelable.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 1–2 business days after return approval
- It may take 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- Make sure your billing address matches the one registered with your payment provider
