1. Agreement Overview

By accessing or purchasing from bebealoha.com (the “Website”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. This is a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and BebeAloha LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

These terms apply to all use of the site, including placing orders, creating an account, subscribing to emails, and contacting customer support.

2. Products & Print-On-Demand Model

All BebeAloha™ products are made-to-order using Print-On-Demand (POD) production. This means:

  • Products are not pre-printed or kept in stock.
  • Production begins after payment confirmation.
  • Slight variations in color, layout, or print alignment may occur due to manual processing.
  • Cancellations or changes are not accepted once production has started (usually within 12 hours).

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, trademark laws, or contains inappropriate personalization requests (where applicable).

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to cancel any order placed for an item with incorrect pricing, description, or availability.
  • Discounts, coupon codes, and promotions may have limitations and expiration dates clearly stated on-site.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Once an order is placed and payment is authorized:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Production typically starts within 3–5 business hours.
  • You may request cancellation within the first 1 hour by emailing [email protected], but we do not guarantee cancellation if the item has already entered production.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped only within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories.
  • Estimated delivery time: 12 – 20 business days, including production and transit.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or holidays.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer.

We do, however, accept refund or reprint requests if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The design is misprinted or faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery, provide photographic evidence, and follow the return process outlined in our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All graphics, product names, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BebeAloha LLC or its licensed partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this site without written permission.

8. Account Registration

  • You may create an account to track orders and manage preferences.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the site, attempt fraud, or violate our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BebeAloha™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, HI.

11. Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
