At BebeAloha, we are committed to delivering your order safely, transparently, and within the expected timeframes. This policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship your order, what you can expect, and your responsibilities as a customer.
A. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Model
BebeAloha operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) lifestyle brand. Each product is custom-printed after your order is placed, then shipped directly from our production partners to your address.
- Fulfillment Partners: Printify, Printful, Cat Kiss Fish
- Carriers: YunExpress, Yanwen, and local last-mile providers (e.g., USPS)
- Production Locations: United States, China, and Vietnam (depending on item type and destination)
Final delivery is handled by USPS or your local postal service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
B. Shipping Area
🌎 We currently ship only within the United States (excluding U.S. territories).
❌ We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
C. Shipping Cost
- 🚚 Flat rate: $4.95 per order
- 🎁 Free shipping on orders over $200 (pre-tax)
D. Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax in any U.S. state. All prices shown are final and tax-free.
E. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, PST (GMT-08:00)
- Closed on U.S. public holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed afterward will be processed the next business day.

🚀 Estimated Total Delivery: 9–16 business days (processing + shipping)
Please allow extra time during high-demand seasons.
G. Peak Season Notice
During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year), delivery may take 3–7 additional business days.
💡 Tip: Place holiday orders at least 3 weeks in advance.
H. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate, complete addresses (including apartment/unit numbers).
- If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned.
- We will cover the cost to resend one time as a courtesy.
Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
I. Tracking & Notifications
- A tracking number will be emailed within 2–5 business days after processing.
- Track orders via our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier’s website.
- If no tracking is received within 5 business days, contact us at [email protected].
J. Lost, Delayed, or Failed Deliveries
- Orders not delivered within 60 days qualify for a refund or replacement.
- If a package is stuck in transit for 15+ days, contact us for assistance.
- If marked “delivered” but not received, check with your local post office before contacting us.
K. Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be canceled or edited within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this period, orders are sent into production and cannot be changed.
L. Package Refusal / Return to Sender
If a package is refused or returned due to address errors:
- The customer covers all related shipping costs.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping and handling once items are returned to our warehouse.
M. Disclaimer
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by weather, customs, or courier disruptions are outside of our control. BebeAloha is not liable for such delays.
