BebeAloha is a Hawaiʻi-based print-on-demand (POD) lifestyle studio founded in 2025 by Madison Lee Carter, a third-generation American designer. She grew up quilting with her grandmother in Iowa and discovered her love for island textiles while studying at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
From our registered office at Pauahi Tower – Bishop Square, 1003 Bishop St., Suite 2700, Honolulu, HI 96813, USA, we design meaningful graphics, collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners, and deliver made-to-order apparel and lifestyle goods infused with aloha spirit.

4. How We Design, Fulfill & Ship
BebeAloha operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. That means products are created specifically for you once you place an order. Here’s how we ensure consistency and clarity at every step:
a. Design
- All artwork originates from our internal team or licensed artists.
- Final designs are converted into high-resolution print files and routed via Printify, Printful, or Cat Kiss Fish platforms to the appropriate production center.

Depending on the product and customer location, items may be produced and shipped from facilities in China, the United States.
Although all printing, packaging, and shipping are handled by our trusted fulfillment partners, BebeAloha remains fully responsible for tracking updates, customer service, and issue resolution throughout the entire process.

BebeAloha is responsible for customer support, returns, and refunds.

5. Easy Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return window for size issues, manufacturing defects, or carrier damage.
- Submit photo evidence to initiate return.

- Refunds are issued within 3 business days to the original payment method.
