How Our Products Are Made – The BebeAloha POD Model

1. What is Print-On-Demand (POD)?

Print-On-Demand (POD) means that we only create a product after you order it. Unlike traditional retail, we don’t mass-produce or keep large warehouses of stock. Each item is custom-made just for you—minimizing waste and maximizing creativity.

2. Why We Use POD

3. Our POD Workflow

Step 1: Design With Aloha

Our in-house design team, led by founder Madison Lee Carter, creates original artwork inspired by Hawaiian culture, nature, and everyday life. No AI scraping, no stolen designs—only authentic, hand-crafted visuals.

Step 2: Choose a Product Style

We offer POD on various items, including:

  • Clothing: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hawaiian Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo Shirts
  • Home & Living: Flags, Blankets, Bedding Sets, Yard Signs, Doormats
  • Accessories: Mugs, Ornaments, Car Décor, Stickers, Hats, etc.

Step 3: Production Begins After You Order

Once you check out, your item is:

  • Printed or sewn in the U.S. (California, Texas, or North Carolina)
  • Using eco-friendly, water-based inks
  • With blank garments sourced from WRAP-certified suppliers
  • Undergoes 5-point quality control before shipment

⏱ Production time: 3–5 business days

Step 4: We Ship It to You

  • Your order is carefully packed and shipped directly from our U.S. partner facility.
  • Standard U.S. shipping takes 9–15 business days depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on the way.

4. Things to Know About POD Orders

  • Made-to-order = no overstock, but also: we don’t accept cancellations once production starts.
  • If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll remake or refund it—no hassle.
  • Small variations in placement or color may occur, especially on apparel (due to print position tolerance).

5. Sustainability & Ethics

We proudly support:

  • On-demand manufacturing = 0% inventory waste
  • Recycled or ethically-sourced blank materials
  • U.S.-based labor with fair wages
  • Carbon offset for shipping emissions

We do not work with fast fashion factories or exploit overseas labor for short-term gains.
