30 calendar days from delivery (U.S. orders only).
We recommend contacting us within 7 days of receipt for faster resolution.


3. Exchanges

If your item is eligible, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping Costs

💰 Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return or replacement shipping.
💰 Other reasons (e.g., wrong size/color, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Refunds

💵 Refunds are issued within 2 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, or gift card).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to post.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.
