At BebeAloha, we are committed to delivering your custom-made order safely, transparently, and within the expected timeframes. This policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and deliver your order, what you can expect, and your responsibilities as a customer.
A. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Model
BebeAloha operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) lifestyle brand. Each product is custom-printed after your order is placed, and then shipped directly from our production partners to your address.
- 🧵 Fulfillment Partners: Printify, Printful, Cat Kiss Fish
- 🚚 Shipping Carriers: YunExpress, Yanwen, and local last-mile carriers (e.g., USPS)
- 🏭 Production Locations: United States, China, and Vietnam (depending on item type and location)
Final delivery is handled by USPS or your local postal service. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
B. Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories).
❌ We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
C. Shipping Cost
- 🚚 Flat rate shipping: $4.95
- 🎁 Free shipping on all orders over $200 (pre-tax)
D. Tax Policy
- We do not collect sales tax for any U.S. state. Your final checkout price is tax-free.
E. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00)
We do not process orders on public U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
F. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimate
- Standard Shipping (within the U.S.): 9–15 business days
- 🚀 Total delivery time = Processing (3–5 days) + Shipping (9–15 days) = 15–20 business days
Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
G. Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods like Black Friday, Christmas, or Lunar New Year, please allow 3–7 extra business days for delivery.
Holiday Tip: Order at least 3 weeks in advance for timely delivery.
H. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete addresses, including apartment/unit numbers.
If incorrect or incomplete:
- The package will be returned to our facility.
- Reshipping will be free of charge.
(We will cover the cost of resending your package one time as a courtesy.)
Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
I. Tracking & Notifications
- A tracking number will be emailed to you within 2–5 business days after processing.
- Track your order via our Order Tracking Page or the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
J. Lost, Delayed, or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is not delivered within 60 days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- If your package is stuck in transit for 15+ days, contact us for assistance.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, check with your local postal service before contacting us.
K. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected].
- After this window, all orders are sent for production and cannot be changed.
L. Package Refusal or Return to Sender
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to address errors:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus original shipping and handling fees once the item is returned to our warehouse.
M. Shipping Disclaimer
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, courier disruptions) may affect delivery time. BebeAloha is not liable for such delays.
N. Sustainability Commitment
We work with fulfillment partners who use eco-friendly printing and packaging practices whenever possible.
