1. Scope
BebeAloha™ accepts and ships orders only within the United States—all 50 states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed automatically once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. It can take up to 24 hours for movement to appear. If tracking shows no updates after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate.
5. Address Guidelines
- One address per order. To ship to multiple locations, place separate orders.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO: Fully supported via USPS.
- Accuracy matters. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. Please double-check street, apartment, ZIP, and unit numbers at checkout.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier network disruptions, peak-season volume, or other events beyond our control can extend transit time. While we can’t refund for these delays, we’ll help file carrier claims if a shipment is declared lost.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- We will notify you via email.
- You may choose reshipment (a new $4.95 label) or a refund minus the original shipping charge.
